Job summary

Verra Mobility Corporation is seeking a Product Manager, Corporate Technology to own the ERP product portfolio, especially Oracle Fusion, and drive strategy across finance, HR, and IT. You will partner with stakeholders, shape roadmaps, and lead AI/automation initiatives to improve processes and decision making.

You will collaborate with Corporate Technology teams to prioritize demand, manage lifecycle, and ensure governance and compliance while maturing product management practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, business systems, or enterprise applications.
• Experience managing ERP platforms and enterprise business apps, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Experience developing and managing product roadmaps and prioritizing competing demands.
• Experience in regulated environments with SOX, governance, and internal controls.
• Strong understanding of Finance, HR, IT, and operations processes.
• Proven AI, automation, and data-driven capability implementation experience.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand challenges, opportunities, and needs.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized corporate technology roadmap with ERP focus.
• Define objectives, success metrics, and expected business outcomes.
• Collaborate with development, data, security, and business teams to deliver initiatives.
• Lead through influence and mentor product management staff as needed.
• Evaluate AI and automation opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
