Job summary

Applied Fluid Power is seeking a Process Manager to own ERP workflow design and governance, ensuring clean, structured data across multiple subsidiaries. The role bridges operations and data integrity, coordinating data pipelines from P21/ERP to Prism analytics and guiding Epicor cloud migration with a focus on data quality and process consistency.

The successful candidate will drive standardization, collaborate with IT, Finance, and subsidiary leaders, and shape the company’s data-enabled

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with ERP systems, with hands-on P21 / Epicor experience strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of distribution or industrial business processes (order management, procurement, inventory, service).
Demonstrated ability to design and document business processes that produce clean, structured data.
Experience working across multiple business units or subsidiaries with varying levels of process maturity.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and working without a large team beneath you.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain ERP process design and governance across Applied Fluid Power's subsidiaries.
Define and enforce data entry standards at the process level to ensure quality at entry.
Identify and close process gaps that produce bad, missing, or inconsistent data.
Partner with subsidiary operations leaders to align local processes to standards.
Manage data pipeline from ERP to analytics platforms and troubleshoot failures.
Coordinate Epicor cloud migrations ensuring data quality and preserving golden templates.
