Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Pre‑Sales Engineer in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will act as the technical expert during the sales cycle, collaborating with Account Executives to deliver customized demos and architect solutions tailored to customer needs. You should have a deep understanding of midmarket ERP systems, ideally NetSuite, and a background in finance or accounting.

This position offers a salary range of $105,000–$135,000 per year and a variety of benefits including generous PTO, comprehensive health insurance, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of midmarket ERP systems, ideally NetSuite.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives for product demos and solution design.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations to finance decision-makers.
• Document customer workflows and align them with Paystand's capabilities.
