Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking a seasoned leader to head Enterprise Process & Digital Enablement (EPD). The role drives enterprise process ownership, governance, and data quality, aligning SAP, CRM, BI, and AI platforms with strategic priorities while partnering with IT.

This leader builds scalable governance, advances analytics adoption, and steers cross-functional teams toward measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations management, business execution, process improvement, IT, or data/analytics-driven environments.
• Proven track record of driving business performance improvement through process improvement, process engineering, data insights, or system enablement.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business operations and how process and data impact execution and performance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the transformation strategy and execution plan for enterprise processes and digital enablement.
• Partner with BU leadership to translate strategy into executable initiatives and remove barriers.
• Drive enterprise data governance, master data management, and data quality initiatives.
• Lead organizational change, governance models, and cross-functional delivery programs.
• Establish consistent execution frameworks and governance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
