Job summary

Kforce is seeking an ERP Platform Architect in West Palm Beach, FL to translate business objectives into scalable SAP landscapes. You will own SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and cloud environments, and drive a clean core governance model across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Lead ARB meetings, set roadmaps, and evaluate SAP AI Core and Advanced Analytics to advance the CoE's Transformational service tier while ensuring security, availability, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in SAP architecture, with at least 5 years in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and integration technologies (SAP PI/PO, CPI, Event Mesh).
• Proven experience leading Architectural Review Boards (ARB) and defining technical roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, SAP AI Core, Advanced Analytics, and HA/DR strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations.

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in West Palm Beach, FL that is seeking an ERP Platform Architect. Summary: We are seeking a highly strategic ERP Platform Architect to translate business objectives into scalable, resilient, and secure SAP landscapes. In this executive-level technical role within the Administration pillar, you will serve as the ultimate authority on system architecture and "Clean Core" governance. Responsibilities:

• Landscape Ownership: Own the end-to-end technical landscape of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and associated cloud environments
• Strategic Roadmap: Define and maintain the architectural roadmap, ensuring complete alignment with Business Process Owner (BPO) strategies across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations
• Transformational Innovation: Evaluate and recommend emerging SAP technologies, such as SAP AI Core and Advanced Analytics, to aggressively drive the CoE's Transformational service tier

Technical Governance & The "Clean Core"

• System Authority: Act as the ultimate authority on system modifications by rigorously reviewing and approving or rejecting custom code (Z-code) requests to enforce the "Clean Core" mandate
• Development Standards: Dictate development standards, explicitly guiding the development team to utilize SAP BTP for extensions rather than modifying core S/4HANA source code
• Governance Leadership: Chair the Architectural Review Board (ARB) to ensure all system enhancements align with enterprise security, compliance, and performance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in SAP architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and integration technologies (SAP PI/PO, CPI, Event Mesh)
• Proven experience leading Architectural Review Boards (ARB), defining technical roadmaps, and enforcing "Clean Core" governance standards
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, SAP AI Core, Advanced Analytics, and high-availability/disaster recovery strategies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations departments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
