Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Package Consultant 2 in the US to drive ERP integration and customization across multiple business units. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features that integrate ERP with other systems, ensuring security and compliance.

You will also document customizations, train users, and support system performance improvements, with relocation/travel as needed and US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience allowed in lieu of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
• Candidates authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship are welcome to apply; Infosys cannot sponsor immigration.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
