Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 within the EAIS unit in the USA to contribute to ERP integration and Appian-based development. The role emphasizes end-to-end customization, interface configuration, and ensuring secure, compliant data flows across enterprise systems.

You will work on solution design, development, testing, and performance optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders. Travel may be required as needed, with relocation possible.

Qualifications

• Appian Solution Design & Development experience.
• BPM / Workflow Automation, REST API Integrations.
• Appian Data Modeling, Agile Delivery, Testing & Performance Optimization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations comply with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate knowledge transfer.
