Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 to participate in requirements gathering, design ERP customizations, and develop integrations across banking and ERP systems. You will work on interfacing ERP packages with external applications, conduct data flows, and ensure security and regulatory compliance.

Goal is to deliver scalable ERP solutions with strong collaboration across business units and client stakeholders. Relocation/travel may be required; US work authorization is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
• Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
• Experience with ERP package customization and integration, banking disputes, fraud, and investigation processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing ERP modules based on business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features, conduct code reviews, and maintain codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance and ensure that customizations comply with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training.
