Job summary

Infosys Limited in Richardson, TX seeks a Package Consultant 2 to drive ERP integration and customization within EAIS. You will participate in requirements gathering, assist in solution architecture, and develop features while ensuring secure, compliant data flows across systems.

You will contribute through hands-on coding, system integration, and documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally. Relocation/travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Appian and Appian AI Skills.
• Integration with internal/external systems using APIs and File Transfer.
• Aware of application security and secure APIs (e.g. Okta, firewalls).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum) – proficient in using JIRA.
• Database concepts.
• Architecture & Design.
• Stakeholder management.
• CI/CD and branching knowledge.
• Appian developer certifications.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
