Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with drilling, production, and industrial customers while providing ongoing support and account management.
• Focus on customer retention and growth.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotes, sales orders, and product recommendations from the office and outside visits.
• Combine customer visits and support with sales responsibilities.
• Ensure customers receive value from products, and services while identifying sales opportunities.
• Must be able to also work in the warehouse for any Will Call customers.
