Qualifications

• Experience in order fulfillment or equivalent role.
• Hands-on experience entering and maintaining information in SAP/ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills with formulas, lookups, and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review customer orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter orders and delivery dates into SAP or ERP system with updates.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Sourcing to confirm specs and material availability.
• Maintain and reconcile order data across SAP, Excel, and tracking systems.
• Communicate status, changes, and delays to customers and internal teams.
