Job summary

NSK Corporation in Franklin, IN seeks a Sr. IT Analyst to support ERP plant operations during deployment and ongoing production systems. You will liaise between plant users, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure system stability, user adoption, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of manufacturing execution systems and shop floor processes.
• Knowledge of discrete and/or process manufacturing environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with incident management/help desk processes.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP functional activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze processes and work with IT teams to implement best-practice solutions.
• Support ERP configuration to meet business requirements and ensure alignment with goals.
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, and configuration documents.
• Lead and support testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) and resolve defects.
• Assist with data migration and system conversion activities.
• Respond to end-user requests via phone, email, ticketing systems, or in-person.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and related equipment.
