Job summary

NSK is seeking a Sr. IT Analyst to support ERP plant operations and ensure system stability, user adoption, and continuous process improvement.

You will serve as the primary liaison between plant users, business stakeholders, and IT teams, supporting Help Desk operations and end-user assistance. The role emphasizes collaboration with manufacturing environments, data migration, testing, and documentation, with travel between facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Information Technology or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of manufacturing execution systems and shop floor processes.
• Knowledge of discrete and/or process manufacturing environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and incident management/help desk processes.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP functional activities from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze processes and propose best-practice solutions.
• Assist configuration of the ERP system to meet business needs and goals.
• Prepare functional specs and process/configuration documentation.
• Lead and support testing activities and resolve defects.
• Assist with data migration and system conversion tasks.
• Respond to end-user requests via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
