Job summary

Refactor Talent is seeking a Sr. IT Analyst – Manufacturing ERP Support for an onsite role in Franklin, Indiana. You will support day-to-day ERP operations, assist with a major SAP implementation, and collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize plant processes.

You will interact with stakeholders across facilities, perform configuration testing, data migration support, and resolve end-user issues while ensuring system reliability and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering/Manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and MES.
• Experience with IT support, incident management, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• SAP S/4HANA or SAP Digital Manufacturing experience preferred; willing to learn SAP.

• Partner with stakeholders and IT to gather requirements, document processes, and identify system improvements.
• Participate in ERP implementation activities including configuration support, testing, data migration, and deployment.

• Collaborate across multiple facilities with periodic travel to Mexico.

Sr. IT Analyst – Manufacturing ERP Support

We’re seeking to connect a Sr. IT Analyst with a leading company in the manufacturing industry on a full-time, direct-hire basis. This role is fully onsite in Franklin, Indiana, with occasional travel to additional Indiana facilities and Mexico.

Applicants must be US citizens or US permanent residents (Green Card holders). Visa sponsorship is not available.

As a Sr. IT Analyst, you will have the opportunity to join a collaborative manufacturing IT team and play an important role in supporting plant technology, improving business processes, and preparing for a major SAP implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day ERP operations and provide technical assistance to manufacturing plant personnel.
• Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, document processes, and identify system improvements.
• Participate in ERP implementation activities, including configuration support, functional testing, data migration, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot end-user technology issues and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and other plant hardware.
• Support production-related systems and help improve manufacturing workflows, system reliability, and user adoption.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple facilities, including periodic travel to Mexico, to support ERP initiatives and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations, production workflows, shop floor processes, and manufacturing execution systems.
• Experience with IT support, incident management, technical troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• SAP S/4HANA, SAP Digital Manufacturing, or automotive manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn SAP is important.

Additional Requirements

This position requires working onsite in Franklin, Indiana, with periodic travel to other Indiana facilities and Mexico. International travel may increase during the planned ERP implementation.
