Job summary

Jy Designs And Creations Inc seeks a hands-on, multi-functional office professional to support data entry, order processing, AR, customer service, and sales support in a small, fast-paced environment.

The role requires experience with ERP/OMS systems, strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP), and a track record of accurate data entry. You will wear multiple hats and contribute across all administrative functions in a team-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/OMS systems and data entry is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and VLOOKUP.
• Fast and accurate typing with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer and sales order information into ERP/OMS.
• Create shipping labels, invoices, and order paperwork.
• Receive inventory and maintain records.
• Process credit card payments and AR follow-up.
• Monitor past-due invoices and assist with collections.
• Review open sales orders and prepare warehouse paperwork.
• Coordinate shipments when inventory becomes available.
• Prepare monthly AR and Open Sales Order reports.
