Job summary

JY Designs and Creations is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented team member for a multi-functional role in a small, fast-paced environment. The position supports data entry, order processing, accounts receivable, customer service, sales support, and general office administration.

You will enter customer and sales data into our ERP/OMS, generate shipping documents, receive inventory, and assist with payments and collections.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience with data entry on ERP system.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP.
• Fast and accurate typing.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer and sales order information into the ERP/OMS system accurately.
• Create shipping labels, invoices, and order paperwork.
• Receive inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Process payments and assist with accounts receivable follow-up.
