Job summary

Jy Designs And Creations Inc. is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented office administrator to join a small, fast-paced team. The role supports data entry, order processing, accounts receivable, customer service, sales support, and general office administration.

As a multi-functional position in a small company, you will wear multiple hats, take initiative, and assist wherever needed to help the business run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/OMS systems and data entry is required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer and sales order information into the ERP/OMS system.
• Create shipping labels, invoices, and order paperwork.
• Receive inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Process credit card payments and assist with Accounts Receivable follow-up.
• Monitor past-due invoices and assist with collections.
• Review open sales orders and prepare warehouse paperwork.
• Coordinate shipments when inventory becomes available.
• Prepare monthly AR and Open Sales Order reports for Sales Managers.
• Answer wholesale customer calls and respond to emails.
