Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers Maryland LLC seeks a licensed clinician to deliver ERP-focused treatment in an intensive outpatient program. You will lead exposure planning, group sessions, and family involvement while documenting care and monitoring risk.

Collaboration with the treatment team and ongoing progress review are essential. Qualified candidates hold a Master's in a behavioral health field and an active license; experience with OCD, anxiety, and ERP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and active license in good standing as permitted by state law.
• Experience with OCD, anxiety, ERP, CBT, and intensive outpatient treatment preferred.
• Ability to document, assess risk, and communicate clinically within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services: groups, individual sessions, family work, exposure coaching, discharge planning.
• Create and update exposure lists and response-prevention plans aligned with goals and diagnosis.
• Lead exposure-focused groups and skills groups; ensure active engagement.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, risk docs, and discharge documents on time.
• Coordinate with BHTs, supervisors, admissions, and families to support progress.
• Monitor engagement, homework, safety, avoidance, and response-prevention integrity.
• Escalate deterioration, suicidality, safety concerns per protocol; participate in meetings and audits.
