A leading telehealth provider for OCD treatment is seeking Independently Licensed Therapists in Maryland. Candidates will provide evidence-based therapy through the NOCD platform, manage their caseload, and maintain clinical documentation. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $65,000 to $88,000, a robust bonus program, and substantial support for professional growth. The role is fully remote with ongoing training and mentorship to ensure clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with treating OCD with ERP is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy via the NOCD video platform.
• Complete 25 hours of direct clinical work per week.
• Attend a world-class training program developed by industry leaders.
