Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Associate Program Director to support the Program Director by upholding clinical team integrity, treatment fidelity, and documentation quality within a behavioral health facility. You will supervise clinicians and interns, review treatment plans and exposure work, coach staff on ERP methodologies, and ensure timely, compliant client care.

This role emphasizes accountability, compassion, and measurable outcomes in a high-acuity setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Active clinical license in good standing; supervision eligibility preferred where allowed.
• Experience delivering ERP-based OCD/anxiety treatment and documenting treatment plans.
• Experience leading groups, risk assessments, and discharge planning.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Director by leading the clinical team to ensure treatment fidelity.
• Observe groups and floor programming to verify active treatment and client engagement.
• Review treatment plans, exposure lists, and outcome measures for accuracy.
• Coach clinicians and interns on case conceptualization, exposure design, and documentation.
• Participate in team meetings, client reviews, and complex case discussions.
