Job summary

Continental Cup is seeking an experienced Production Planner/Scheduler to coordinate production schedules, balance customer demand with manufacturing capacity, and ensure materials and resources are available to meet delivery requirements.

In this role, you will create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules, convert customer demand into actionable plans, and collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, Warehouse, and Customer Service to optimize performance and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing experience.
• ERP/MRP system experience required.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
• Convert customer demand into actionable production plans
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, Warehouse, and Customer Service
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed
• Maintain ERP/MRP planning data
• Track performance metrics including schedule adherence and on-time delivery
• Support inventory accuracy and reporting
