• 2-4 years of related experience.
• Associate degree (Business Administration or Supply Chain Management).
• Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience with high school diploma/GED.
• Occasional travel 0-5%

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and inventory control to ensure timely material supply for production and orders.
• Oversee workflow scheduling and adjust production plans with supervisors to resolve capacity issues.
• Perform capacity planning by running machine load reports and recommending subcontracting when necessary.
• Drive continuous improvement through lean principles and standard work practices.
