Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Sr. Financial Systems Analyst for a high-visibility ERP modernization project. You will own financial process improvements, executive reporting, and hands-on work with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, reporting to senior finance leadership.

You will design data pipelines, optimize integrations with ERP systems, and support the Finance organization through upgrades and implementation. Strong SQL, Dynamics 365 F&O, and FP&A skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA/CMA or MS Dynamics certification is a plus, not required.
• 5+ years in financial systems analysis, ERP implementation, or finance tech consulting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and continuously improve financial processes (invoicing, collections, cash application, close, revenue recognition).
• Support cycle optimization (vendor onboarding, PO, invoice, payments).
• Identify automation opportunities using ERP capabilities and RPA to reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with AP, AR, and Procurement to resolve process issues and escalations.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and operational reporting using Power BI and Fabric.
