Job summary

Bates White Economic Consulting is seeking an experienced ERP and Dynamics 365 professional to support and optimize our Finance & Operations platform. You will partner with business teams and vendors to implement improvements, build analytics, and ensure robust system performance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 5+ years ERP experience, and expertise in D365 F&O, Power BI, SQL Server, and Azure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in an ERP solution.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically in the Finance and Operations module.
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and Teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in developing solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Familiarity with SSAS or Azure Analysis Services.
• Experience in enhancing the performance of tabular models within Analysis Services is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across finance and operations functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and optimize D365 F&O processes.
• Develop reporting solutions using Power BI and SQL-based tooling.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT teams to implement changes and improvements.
• Train staff on business systems software and best practices.
• Identify and lead technical efforts to improve business processes and integrations.
• Coordinate outside resources to ensure adequate support.
