Job summary

Goldman Edwards, Inc. is seeking an ERP Program Management Analyst to lead large modernization efforts, coordinate multiple workstreams, and ensure schedules, budgets, risks, scope, and quality align with strategic goals.

The role requires a strong background in ERP systems, program management, and leadership to deliver ERP solutions for a complex client. Ideal candidates will have experience managing complex systems modernization projects, strong communication skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Experience with program management methodologies.
Experience creating and managing Program Management Plans (PMPs).
Experience facilitating sessions with numerous stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Experience on an ERP Financial Management modernization project is a plus.
Background check required.

Responsibilities

Manage large, separate workstreams and track schedule, budget, risks and issues.
Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, budgets, and resources.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Maintain line of sight across program activities and report status.
Track KPIs and progress across a portfolio of projects.
Create status reports for core teams and executive steering committees.
Prepare and present project communications and briefing materials.
Create and manage the Project Management Plan (PMP).
