Job summary

Edgewater Technical Associates in Los Alamos, NM is seeking a Project Manager 2 to oversee ERP modernization within the LANL environment. This hybrid role blends telework with onsite collaboration to deliver supply chain and manufacturing initiatives on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years in IT project delivery, strong communication and leadership, and the ability to coordinate across business, IT, and vendor teams in a complex, matrixed program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of project management experience or equivalent IT delivery background.
• PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or similar Agile credentials.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing environments, ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-discipline supply chain and manufacturing projects from initiation to closeout.
• Lead project teams and apply appropriate PM methodologies and tools.
• Develop and maintain charters, PM plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, functional SMEs, and vendors to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify risks and dependencies, escalate program-level impacts as needed.
• Translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
