Job summary

OLH Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support LANL’s ERP modernization, focusing on supply chain and manufacturing within a complex program environment.

This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to coordinate across business, IT, and vendor teams to deliver outcomes on scope, schedule, and budget. The ideal candidate has extensive PM experience, leadership and stakeholder management skills, and the capacity to ramp up quickly in a fast-moving project setting

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Proven leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience managing low-to-moderate complexity projects through the full lifecycle.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain plans and scope.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of ERP, supply chain, and manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with PM tools like MS Project or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Manage timely completion of multi-discipline supply chain and manufacturing projects.
• Provide leadership across the full project lifecycle using PM methodologies and tools.
• Oversee project teams in planning, tracking, and execution; facilitate transfer of operations and maintenance at completion.
• Develop and maintain project charters, PMPs, schedules, and other technical documentation.
• Coordinate activities of supply chain, manufacturing, and technical personnel with relevant staff on delivery of products and projects.
• Identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate impacts as needed.
• Partner with customers to define expectations, solve problems, and establish mutual responsibilities.
• Coordinate with business owners, functional SMEs, and technical teams to support readiness and adoption.
• Translate project management concepts for diverse audiences.
