GE Vernova in the United States seeks a Materials Training and Operations Leader to standardize materials processes and maximize ERP effectiveness. You will design 30/60/90-day training milestones for MRPs and buyers and develop SOPs in partnership with global process authorities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in manufacturing (or an Associate’s with 9+ years), ERP expertise (SAP/Oracle), and strong leadership for training and process governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• Associate’s Degree with 9+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, materials management, or procurement.
• Proven mastery of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong leadership, training, and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Training program design and delivery for MRPs, Buyers, and materials staff.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for core materials processes.
• Lead gap analyses and implement new processes aligned with global standards.
• Provide ERP system support and root-cause analysis for material issues.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams on system functionality.
