Job summary

Stephen Gould is seeking a Manufacturing & Quoting Specialist to own ERP master data, BOMs, routings, jobs, quotes and revisions, ensuring accuracy and production readiness.

You will translate customer requirements and drawings into actionable manufacturing data, collaborate across Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Purchasing, Buyers and Production, and uphold data integrity while supporting continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to identify inconsistencies and resolve discrepancies before impact to quoting or manufacturing.
• Strong reading of engineering drawings, specs, customer docs, and RFPs.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, including material flow and routing sequences.
• Experience creating and maintaining BOMs, routings, manufacturing jobs, quotes, and ERP master data.
• Knowledge of how engineering and BOM changes affect quoting, purchasing, and production.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, customer portals, spreadsheets, and manufacturing software.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and validate BOMs, routings, manufacturing jobs, and related ERP information.
• Release and monitor manufacturing jobs; ensure information remains accurate through lifecycle.
• Support ECOs and customer revisions by updating BOMs, routings, jobs, quotes, and ERP data.
• Maintain data integrity via accurate setup, revisions, audits, and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Purchasing, Buyers, Production, and Suppliers to support quoting and execution.
• Identify discrepancies or potential issues before quotes or jobs are released and coordinate resolution.
