Job summary

Revive Infrastructure Group is seeking a Business Systems & IT Support Specialist to optimize ERP and business systems across divisions. You will ensure data integrity and drive end-user adoption, collaborating with the Senior IT Manager and leadership to align technology with operations.

Responsibilities include administering access, providing basic IT support, delivering ERP training, and supporting ERP evaluations and platform rollouts. Travel to divisional locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in business systems or ERP support.
• Experience with ERP platforms; construction/infrastructure familiarity a plus.
• Experience with project/safety/fleet management software; Smartsheet familiarity preferred.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify data issues and solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of creating training content for in-person and remote delivery.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
• Willingness to learn emerging technologies including AI tools.
• Experience providing end-user IT support in office or field environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer user access to hardware/software and AI tools per security policies.
• Provide end-user IT support and document troubleshooting steps.
• Develop and deliver ERP training programs for users.
• Support ERP post-implementation evaluations and data validation.
• Evaluate and implement new operational platforms, including safety and fleet management.
• Create user guides and process documentation for consistent use.
• Collaborate with the Senior IT Manager on enhancements and feedback.
• Provide backup IT support when the Senior IT Manager is unavailable.
• Participate in system configuration, testing, and QA during upgrades.
• Maintain knowledge of industry regulations related to operational data.
• Perform other duties to support IT and operations.
