Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires AA degree in computer science, information systems, or related field and two years' IT support experience.
• I: training underfill with potential promotion to II upon successful completion.
• II: minimum one year of hardware/software problem resolution experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone calls for assistance regarding computer or telecommunications hardware/software.
• Triage and document customer-reported ERP issues and track resolutions.
• Perform password resets and user account management.
• Provide end-user guidance on ERP processes and navigation.
• Develop written guides and training materials as needed.
• Contribute to QA testing after system updates to verify user functionality.
