Job summary

Sea-Tac Electric in Washington is seeking an IT Manager to lead ERP and IT service delivery. You will own Trimble Spectrum ERP, oversee daily Tier 1–3 support, and drive system optimization across finance, operations, and field teams.

This hands-on role partners with accounting, project teams, and external vendors to improve data integrity, reporting, and business processes, including acquisition integrations and ERP upgrades.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience including service desk, infrastructure, and enterprise application support.
• 3+ years hands-on experience supporting Trimble Spectrum ERP.
• Experience providing Tier 1–3 IT support in a service desk environment.
• Experience supporting SaaS enterprise applications and vendor-managed platforms.
• Experience with ERP implementations, integrations, or data migrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal SME for Trimble Spectrum ERP.
• Provide Tier 1–3 support for Spectrum-related issues, including user access and data integrity concerns.
• Perform user provisioning, RBAC, and system configuration.
• Collaborate with Trimble support to resolve escalated issues.
• Maintain system documentation, configurations, and support procedures.
• Support Spectrum acquisition integrations and ERP-related projects.
