Job summary

Vestcom is seeking an Inventory/Warehouse Coordinator in La Vergne, TN to support supervisors and production with inventory maintenance and movement. The role runs 7am–3:30pm, Monday through Friday, on-site, and requires safe forklift operation and ERP usage.

You will manage receiving, storage, and disposition of inventory; perform cycle counts; maintain reorder points; and collaborate with purchasing and recycling partners to keep operations efficient and compliant.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; or 2 years’ related experience.
• Must have forklift experience/certification.
• Embodies Vestcom’s core values.

Responsibilities

• Timely, accurate and safe receiving and storage of materials.
• Uses ERP system to log and locate materials.
• Inspects and stores/distributes products promptly.
• Reads schedules and orders to determine items to move or distribute.
• Performs cycle counts and data entry.
• Maintains reorder points and inventory levels.
• Liaises with purchasing and recycling partners.
• Follows safety policies and conducts forklift checks.
