Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in inventory or customer service.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Researches and resolves count variances to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Communicates with clients via email to address questions and concerns.
• Audits and verifies inbound receipt documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Processes inventory moves and adjustments per client request.
• Works with operations and business units to ensure efficiency and accuracy of daily/weekly tasks and KPIs.
• Participates in client inventory audits and may be on-call for weekend operations.
