Job summary

Vyve Broadband in Tennessee is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist/Warehouse person to order, stock, provision, troubleshoot, reconcile and recycle all types of electronic customer premises equipment used for commercial and residential purposes.

You will track movement of equipment and warehouse supplies, maintain stock levels for daily production, and work with a flexible schedule. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general receiving/shipping and inventory control is helpful.
• Good communication and basic computer skills.
• Good interpersonal and conversational skills, including courtesy and patience with vendors and co-workers.
• Applicant must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record acceptable to insurance standards to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process equipment/supplies from vendors and complete paperwork/records using computer.
• Transport material to other locations using company vehicle/trailer.
• Issue supplies to technicians and contractors.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse daily.
• Clean, repair and test returned equipment and determine repair viability.
• Track movement of digital equipment, modems and ATA's.
• Enter inventory items into the GLDS system and track movements.
