Job summary

Berner Food & Beverage Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist in Kentucky to follow safety programs and manage materials in our ERP system. You will work with multiple departments to locate items, oversee cycle counts, and lead process improvements.

You will train staff on ROSS ERP and handheld scanners, monitor expiry items, and ensure raw materials are ready for production. This on-site role requires strong math and clear communication with supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to read a production schedule and follow instructions.
• Strong math skills and basic communication with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly, weekly, and daily inventory cycle counts.
• Assist departments in locating items (WH Manager approval).
• Lead inventory initiatives and process improvements.
• Ensure accurate use of the ROSS ERP system and related devices.
• Monitor expirations and exchange/return expired products.
• Train inventory staff on ROSS ERP and hand scanners.
• Ensure raw materials availability for production.
• Direct daily activities of a team of inventory associates.
