Job summary

River Bend Industries is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Specialist to manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving. You will maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and ensure a safe, efficient workspace.

Ideal candidates will have forklift experience, strong communication skills, and a background in manufacturing or supply chain with ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or inventory control and knowledge of ERP systems.
• Forklift experience required.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Manufacturing exposure and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound inventory flow in the warehouse.
• Stock and organize parts storage and prepare kits for manufacturing.
• Complete and document all inventory transactions in the ERP system.
• Generate reports to help reduce inventory costs and improve accuracy.
• Coordinate with purchasing and vendors to ensure parts availability and accurate VMI counts.
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks; maintain a safe workspace.
