Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of warehouse experience with inventory in ERP
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems for inventory control
• Forklift operation experience and safe handling of equipment
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (procurement, production, logistics)
• Knowledge of quality control processes for inbound materials
• Comfort in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
• Proactive problem-solving and process-improvement mindset

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory items, including receiving and logging in the ERP system
• Monitor stock levels and reorder points to prevent shortages or surpluses; perform cycle counts
• Handle shipping/receiving, lifting and moving heavy equipment within the warehouse
• Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and favorable terms
• Work with quality control to verify incoming materials meet standards
• Generate inventory reports on stock levels, usage, and trends
• Suggest improvements to inventory procedures to reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with regulations and security protocols for materials handling
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics to keep operations running smoothly
• Communicate inventory status and recommendations clearly to management
