Job summary

American Cable & Harness | Electronic Technologies International in Fort Atkinson, WI is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. The role supports the materials team, manages the stockroom, and ensures accurate inventory control and timely shipments.

Proficiency with ShopworX ERP and standard Office software is preferred. The candidate will receive materials, process shop orders, maintain FIFO flow, and collaborate across functions to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw material from RI into ShopworX and stockroom locations.
• Prioritize, pull, and fill shop orders for production.
• Verify material at end of shop order and return to stock locations.
• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy, including daily cycle counts.
• Organize materials, including new parts for NPIs.
• Ensure FIFO material flow.
• Identify and reconcile inventory discrepancies; prepare MRRs for losses.
• Isolate obsolete material for disposition review.
• Package and prepare daily shipments per customer requirements.
• Use ShopworX ERP to create open order reports and packing slips.
• Prepare bills of lading and schedule freight pickups.
• Schedule customer shipments via web portals.
• Lift up to 40 lbs, up to 70 lbs with assistance.
