Spherion Staffing, LLC in Fort Atkinson, WI is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for an electronics manufacturing partner. You will manage inventory, process shipments, and support the materials team to keep production flowing.

This temp-to-hire role requires lifting up to 40 lb (70 lb with assistance), familiarity with ERP systems, and reliable communication. Onsite first shift, Mon–Fri, with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Two years of shipping or inventory experience preferred, training available.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or digital inventory tracking software.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds independently and up to 70 pounds with assistance.

Responsabilités

• Receive raw materials into the inventory system and organize them in stock locations.
• Pull and fill material orders to keep production supplied.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting and system updates.
• Package and prepare daily shipments following customer requirements.
• Coordinate with freight carriers and use shipping portals to schedule pickups.
