Responsabilidades

• Receive raw material from RI into ShopworX and stockroom locations.
• Prioritize, pull, and fill shop orders for production.
• Verify material at end of shop order and return to stock locations.
• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy, including daily cycle counts.
• Organize materials, including new parts for NPIs.
• Ensure FIFO material flow.
• Identify and reconcile inventory discrepancies; prepare MRRs for losses.
• Isolate obsolete material for disposition review.
• Package and prepare daily shipments per customer requirements.
• Use ShopworX ERP to create open order reports and packing slips.
• Prepare bills of lading and schedule freight pickups.
• Schedule customer shipments via web portals.
• Lift up to 40 lbs, up to 70 lbs with assistance.

SUMMARY

As part of the materials team, this position is responsible for all aspects of shipping and the stockroom. Must have good organizational skills with the ability to maintain a systematic and accurate approach to inventory control. Must be able to work independently, shift priorities as needed, and work well with others.

PRIMARY ROLE

• Receive raw material from Receiving Inspection (RI) into the ShopworX ERP system and inventory in the proper bin location in the stockroom.
• Prioritize, pull, and fill shop orders for the production floor.
• Verify material at the completion of the shop order and return it to the assigned stockroom locations as needed.
• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy, including daily cycle counting.
• Create and maintain efficient organization of all materials, including newly acquired parts for new product introductions (NPI).
• Ensure material flow is consistent with FIFO guidelines.
• Identify, justify, and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Prepare MRRs for lost or damaged inventory per applicable company policies.
• Identify and isolate obsolete material and forward to Management for review and disposition.
• Package and prepare daily shipments in accordance with customer requirements.
• Work within the ShopworX ERP system to create the open order report and customer packing slips.
• Prepare bills of lading and schedule freight pick up as needed.
• Navigate web based portals to schedule customer shipments.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and up to 70 lbs with assistance.
• Other duties may be assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Ideal candidate would have 2 years of experience in shipping, stockroom, or inventory control, but are willing to train 100% with right candidate.
