Job summary

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in purchasing, scheduling, or manufacturing operations.
Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, inventory management, and production planning.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

Interpret MRP reports to determine purchasing needs.
Create, review, and issue purchase orders with accurate pricing and lead times.
Follow up on orders and expedite when needed to meet delivery targets.
Create and adjust production schedules based on demand, inventory levels, and capacity.
Coordinate scheduling with Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams.
Monitor schedules to ensure on-time delivery and communicate constraints.
