Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage and maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems. The role ensures stock levels are correct and supports efficient warehouse operations.

You will enter and update data, track shipments, perform cycle counts, and generate reports to aid planning. Candidates should be proficient with Excel/ERP and willing to operate a standing forklift when needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in data entry and computer systems (Excel, ERP, or inventory software).
• Stand up tow motor experience.
• Understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs and sit/stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update inventory data accurately and timely.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments and adjust inventory records.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Identify discrepancies and work with operations to resolve issues.
• Generate reports to support inventory planning and decision-making.
• Maintain organized and accurate records for all inventory transactions.
