Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or 5+ years ERP, inventory, or production work-order experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, data reconciliation.
• ERP experience required; SAP B1, Dynamics or Oracle NetSuite preferred; SAP B1 strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity; able to research discrepancies and root causes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across functions.

Aufgaben

• Own ERP transactional processes supporting inventory throughout its life cycle.
• Manage ERP transaction lifecycle from receipt through production and finished goods for fulfillment.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies in SAP and process write-ons/offs/receipts.
• Support cycle counts and system adjustments; maintain BOM accuracy.
• Provide reporting for Production, Purchasing, Accounting and leadership.
• Lead ERP Production Assistant and create SOPs for ERP processes.
