Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in warehouse, inventory, or material support.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse flow and material movement.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings or weekends.
• Ability to lift/move 25–50 lbs and work in Florida temperatures.
• Willingness to learn Versago and SAP; operate forklift as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily material flow to support production.
• Direct Inventory personnel and coordinate daily workflow.
• Maintain system accuracy and organized staging areas.
• Enforce all inventory-related SOPs.
• Serve as primary link between Production and Inventory teams.
• Provide leadership, training, and a safe work environment.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and charged per shift.
• Support additional warehouse duties as needed.
