Allways Precision in Illinois is seeking an ERP Inventory Operations Coordinator to safeguard inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels from receiving to production. You will enter receipts in the ERP, run shortage reports, and support ERP workflow improvements.
You will collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, Production, and Customer Service to ensure material availability and maintain safe storage practices, while upholding company policies.
Step into a role where precision fuels production. As the ERP Inventory Operations Coordinator on our Supply Chain & Operations team, you will safeguard inventory accuracy, optimize stock levels, and keep materials flowing smoothly from receiving dock to production floor.
Your morning might begin by reviewing inventory shortage reports and alerting Purchasing to any gaps. A truck pulls up—time to receive parts: you match packing slips to purchase orders, confirm quantities, and record receipts in the ERP. You print and distribute receiving paperwork, then pull components for machine builds using engineering-approved work tickets. Before lunch, you issue materials to work orders and stage kits so production teams can get right to work. In the afternoon, you conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and tidy storage areas for easy access. Throughout the day, you collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, Production, and Customer Service—always with safety top of mind. You also contribute ideas to improve our ERP workflows and inventory processes.
At Allways Precision, you’ll be part of a growing team dedicated to rebuilding and servicing world-class grinding equipment. We value teamwork, accountability, continuous improvement, and employee development. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and take pride in rock-solid inventory accuracy, we’d love to hear from you.
