Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an Materials Data & ERP Inventory Coordinator to safeguard inventory integrity and ensure accurate ERP data. You will drive cycle counts, reconcile ERP balances, and improve stock data flows to support dependable service and reduced overstock.

You will analyze inventory trends, explain variances, and collaborate with the Transaction Control team and management to elevate accuracy. Safe, efficient operations are a core focus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Approximately 3 years of related experience preferred.
• ERP/RF knowledge preferred; Epicor exposure is a plus.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and deadline accountability.
• Confident communicator with sound conflict resolution abilities.
• Comfort working independently under general supervision; consult your supervisor when uncertain.

Responsibilities

The mission
