Job summary

PPG seeks a Transaction Coordinator to maintain inventory accuracy and transact manufacturing batch tickets in Oracle, supporting ERP go-live and ongoing material control. You will work with cross-functional teams and report to the Plant Manager.

This role requires systems proficiency, warehouse operations experience, and strong data validation skills to ensure inventory integrity and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations required.
• ERP systems knowledge (Oracle/SAP or equivalent).
• Attention to data accuracy and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare facility for ERP go-live and data validation.
• Collaborate with Oracle ERP team for configuration, testing, and training.
• Conduct cycle counts to establish inventory accuracy and support data integrity.
• Transact and process manufacturing batch tickets in Oracle.
• Ensure batch ticket transactions reflect production activity and align with inventory records.
• Use ERP systems to enter and report inventory data; create reports and share updates.
