Vancouver Clinic is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support the ERP migration and go-live. You will ensure inventory data integrity, perform cleanup, and document processes while working closely with warehouse and purchasing teams.

The role requires at least a year of inventory system experience, a high school diploma, and a Pharmacy Assistant Certification (to be funded by Vancouver Clinic). The position is temporary with daytime hours in Vancouver, WA and a concrete end date in

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience with computerized inventory systems required.
  • Pharmacy Assistant Certification required, to be obtained and paid for by Vancouver Clinic.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience with inventory processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems or implementations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and validate inventory data for ERP migration.
  • Support physical inventory cleanup and reconciliation.
  • Track, label, and update item locations.
  • Assist with documenting SOPs and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and purchasing teams to streamline workflows.
  • Manage backorder and return processes.
