Job summary

Vancouver Clinic is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support the ERP migration and go-live. You will ensure inventory data integrity, perform cleanup, and document processes while working closely with warehouse and purchasing teams.

The role requires at least a year of inventory system experience, a high school diploma, and a Pharmacy Assistant Certification (to be funded by Vancouver Clinic). The position is temporary with daytime hours in Vancouver, WA and a concrete end date in

  • Pharmacy Assistant Certification required, to be obtained and paid for by Vancouver Clinic.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience with inventory processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems or implementations preferred.

Job description

This is a temporary position with an expected end date of January 2027. Location: Padden Commerce Park (12012 NE95th Street - Vancouver, WA 98682) Hiring Range: generally, between $24.02-$28.05 and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience Join Vancouver Clinic as a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist and support operations during the implementation of a new system. To be successful in this role, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have experience with inventory integrity for an ERP Implementation, with a focus on inventory maintenance, physical inventory accuracy, and process documentation to ensure a smooth and successful go-live. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
